Shipping Policy

SNAG ships worldwide. If you can check out to your country, we can ship to it.

Every piece is made to order. Production takes 2–3 days, and delivery then takes 7–10 days — so from the day you order, expect your SNAG to arrive in roughly 9–13 days.

You'll get an order confirmation as soon as you check out, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details the moment your order leaves production.

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. Those charges, where they apply, are set and collected by your local customs authority and are the customer's responsibility.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, or arrives damaged, email snagstore@outlook.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
