By shopping on SNAG you agree to these terms. SNAG is an independent brand; our store is hosted and our payments are processed through Shopify, whose checkout terms also apply when you place an order.

Prices are shown in your chosen currency for convenience. Unless stated otherwise, prices are set in the store's base currency and converted at fixed display rates, so the amount your bank charges may differ slightly. Any sale prices shown alongside original prices apply while the promotion lasts, and promotions can end or change at any time.

Every item is made to order. Please allow 2–3 days for production and 7–10 days for delivery after that. We ship worldwide; exact delivery times depend on your country and carrier, and customs processing in your country may add time beyond our control.

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 14 days at snagstore@outlook.com with a photo and your order number, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund. Because each item is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind — so please double-check sizes and designs before ordering.

We work hard to show our products accurately, but screens vary and small differences in colour or finish are possible. We may update designs, prices and availability at any time; an order is only confirmed once we accept it.
